For the three little-tiny wedges for the joiner bar, I just tacked them together with a tiny, tiny drop of CA. Checked their fit on the bar, and then glued together with more thin CA. Then, wrapped a piece of 220 grit sandpaper around the joiner bar, I did a little sanding to ensure a flush fit.
